GAIA hydrogen power modules are designed for applications requiring stable, low-carbon electricity, including industrial facility backup power, off-grid power supply for remote islands and rural areas, data center UPS systems, telecom base stations, military and emergency response facilities, and corporate campuses with ESG carbon reduction targets.
Depending on the configuration, GAIA can support lighting systems, surveillance equipment, communications devices, server rooms, industrial control systems (such as PLC and SCADA), and general office or factory power needs. Multiple modules can be connected in parallel to further expand capacity. GAIA supports outdoor installation with an appropriate IP protection rating to withstand various climate conditions. For deployment in harsh environments (such as high salt spray, high humidity, or extreme temperatures), please notify us in advance so we can assess whether additional protective measures are required.
GAIA has low day-to-day maintenance requirements. The system is equipped with automated management functions to minimize manual intervention. Routine maintenance tasks (such as consumable replacement and system diagnostics) are recommended to be performed by trained technical personnel. Tellus Materials also provides comprehensive after-sales technical support services.
Yes. GAIA is built on a modular architecture that supports multi-module parallel expansion. Customers can flexibly add modules based on future power requirements without rebuilding the entire system, effectively protecting the initial investment and reducing expansion costs.
Yes. In addition to the GAIA product itself, Tellus Materials provides comprehensive engineering services covering needs assessment, system design, on-site installation, and after-sales maintenance. Customized solutions are available based on each customer's site conditions and power requirements.
Yes. GAIA operates on hydrogen-based power generation with zero emissions throughout the process, helping businesses reduce Scope 2 carbon emissions and providing concrete evidence of carbon reduction actions for ESG reporting. When paired with a green hydrogen supply, full value chain carbon neutrality can be achieved.

GAIA generates electricity through an electrochemical reaction between hydrogen and oxygen. The only byproduct is pure water (in the form of steam or liquid water). It produces no CO₂, NOx, or other harmful gases, making it a truly zero-emission power generation solution.
Yes. GAIA is equipped with remote monitoring capabilities, allowing administrators to track system operating status, power output data, and fault alert notifications in real time through an online platform, enabling remote diagnostics and rapid response.
The design lifespan of GAIA systems varies by model. Fuel cell stacks are typically capable of tens of thousands of hours of operation. Regular maintenance and consumable replacement can effectively extend the overall system service life.
The main consumables include the fuel cell membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and related filter materials. Replacement frequency varies depending on actual operating hours and environmental conditions. For detailed consumable specifications and cost estimates, we recommend consulting with our technical advisors to facilitate a full lifecycle cost assessment.
Yes, this is one of GAIA's core application scenarios. Hydrogen power generation does not rely on the grid — as long as a hydrogen supply source is available, stable power can be delivered in remote areas or islands with limited grid coverage.
The GAIA series offers multiple power configurations that can be tailored to the customer's actual power requirements, with single-module output ranging from a few kW to tens of kW. To determine the right specification for your site, we recommend conducting a needs assessment with our technical team.
GAIA uses hydrogen fuel cell technology, which operates with virtually no noise and produces no exhaust emissions. The only byproduct is pure water, which is harmless to the environment and surrounding personnel, making it suitable for deployment in locations with strict noise or air quality requirements.
GAIA's startup response time is quite fast, reaching stable output within seconds to minutes depending on the model. If there are specific startup time requirements for emergency backup applications, please inform us during the evaluation stage so we can optimize the configuration accordingly. GAIA can be used for emergency backup — it can be integrated with existing power systems and configured to automatically switch to backup power when the grid goes down (UPS mode), ensuring uninterrupted operation of critical equipment. It is a clean alternative to traditional diesel generators.
GAIA itself is a power generation module. Hydrogen storage and supply systems (such as high-pressure cylinder banks and piping components) are planned separately based on each project's requirements. Tellus Materials can provide comprehensive system integration services to help customers design a hydrogen supply solution that meets regulatory requirements.
