On-site hydrogen generation eliminates the costs and risks associated with hydrogen transportation, storage, and high-pressure cylinder management, ensuring a continuous and stable gas supply unaffected by external logistics. Over the long term, the total cost of hydrogen is generally lower than ongoing external procurement, while reducing supply chain uncertainty — making it particularly suitable for sites with high requirements for hydrogen purity and supply stability.
RenelX offers two models — P20 and P200 — with production capacity selectable based on actual requirements, and supports output adjustment to accommodate different hydrogen usage scenarios. To determine the most suitable model and production volume for your site, we recommend conducting an assessment with our technical team.
PEM electrolyzer technology requires high-purity deionized (ultrapure) water as feedstock to ensure hydrogen purity and electrolyzer longevity. If a purified water system is not available on site, a pre-treatment water purification system can be added. Tellus Materials can assist in assessing and planning a complete water supply solution.
RenelX is suitable for deployment in factories, laboratories, or industrial sites. The installation location requires basic ventilation and power supply. Detailed space requirements and facility specifications are recommended to be confirmed during an on-site survey.
Yes. RenelX can use electricity from renewable sources such as solar and wind for electrolysis, enabling green hydrogen production — a concrete pathway for businesses to achieve carbon neutrality and ESG goals. Integration plans should be developed by the technical team based on on-site power conditions.
The produced hydrogen can be directed into high-pressure hydrogen cylinder banks or other storage equipment as needed. Storage systems are planned separately based on each site's hydrogen consumption and safety requirements. Tellus Materials can provide system integration services to help design a compliant hydrogen storage solution.
Electricity costs depend on local tariff rates and equipment energy efficiency. Overall cost-effectiveness requires comprehensive consideration of current external hydrogen procurement prices, transportation costs, and equipment payback period. We recommend contacting our consultant team for a case-by-case calculation and cost-benefit assessment.
RenelX features automated operation and monitoring functions, making day-to-day operation relatively straightforward. Routine maintenance (such as consumable replacement and system inspection) is recommended to be performed by trained technicians. Tellus Materials provides comprehensive after-sales technical support to ensure long-term stable equipment operation.
The main consumables include the PEM electrolyzer membrane electrode assembly (MEA) and related filter materials. Replacement frequency depends on actual operating hours and water quality conditions. Detailed consumable specifications and replacement intervals are recommended to be confirmed with the technical team prior to purchase, to facilitate full lifecycle cost planning.
RenelX is equipped with hydrogen leak detection and automatic shutdown mechanisms. In the event of a system anomaly, an immediate alert is triggered and safety protection procedures are activated. The installation site also needs to be equipped with ventilation facilities and related safety equipment in accordance with regulations. Tellus Materials can assist customers in completing a compliant safety design.
On-site hydrogen generation equipment involves regulations related to high-pressure gas and electrical safety. In Taiwan, compliance with the Ministry of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health regulations and relevant authorities is typically required. Specific application requirements depend on the equipment scale and installation site. We recommend confirming the compliance pathway with our technical consultants at the early stage of the project.
Yes. RenelX is applicable across a wide range of industries including semiconductors, electronics, chemicals, food processing, and research institutions. Any site with a need for high-purity hydrogen can be evaluated for adoption, and is not limited to hydrogen energy-related industries.
Yes. RenelX can be integrated with the HESS energy storage system and GAIA hydrogen power module to form a complete green hydrogen production and utilization chain: generating hydrogen from renewable electricity, storing it, and then using it for power generation or gas supply — achieving energy self-sufficiency and a low-carbon cycle.
Yes. When paired with renewable energy, RenelX can produce zero-carbon green hydrogen, helping businesses reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 carbon emissions. It can serve as a quantifiable carbon reduction action for ESG reporting, supporting companies on their path toward carbon neutrality.
Tellus Materials provides comprehensive services from needs assessment, system design, equipment supply, and installation integration to after-sales maintenance — not limited to equipment sales. We can plan the most suitable one-stop solution based on each customer's site conditions and hydrogen usage requirements.
Yes. The RenelX series offers models with different production capacities. If hydrogen demand increases in the future, upgrading to a higher-capacity model or adding additional units can be evaluated. We recommend reserving expansion space during the initial planning stage to allow for flexible adjustments going forward.
